Attire
Cocktail attire. Men typically wear a suit or sport coat. Women often wear short or long dresses, pantsuits, or jumpsuits. Don't forget your coat! Coat check will be available near registration.
Parking
If you are using ride sharing services such as Uber or Lyft - direct them to the Sheraton Kansas City Hotel at Crown Center entrance at 2345 McGee St, Kansas City, MO 64108.

If driving, please use the below directions and map to the parking garage
Garage Parking:
Enter the garage at 2301 McGee St, underneath the building labeled Crown Center Exhibit Hall.
You’ll pull a ticket when you enter, park anywhere, and take the stairs up to the Exhibit Hall.
Please bring your ticket with you — we will validate your parking at the event, and your ticket will be covered when you exit.

Valet Parking:
Valet is available at the Sheraton front drive, under the covered entrance at 2345 McGee St.

Event
A night of wine tasting, gourmet cuisine, live entertainment, and auctions
Angel Flight Central cordially invites you to Wine Flight 2025, one of the nation's largest and most unique wine tasting experiences. We will be celebrating our 30th Anniversary of assisting people in need more than 2,500 times last year with free flights to their life-saving healthcare appointments.

The event wines are hand-selected by world-renowned Master Sommelier and Master of Wine, Doug Frost. The event features hundreds of wines from wineries all over the country. Doug and volunteer wine experts will be in attendance throughout the evening to share insights about the wines. Not a wine lover? A full open bar is available as well. Continue enjoying the evening with fabulous entertainment, dinner, and moving program!
