PASSENGER QUALIFICATIONS.

Angel Flight Central (AFC) is a nonprofit organization that serves people in need by arranging charitable flights for health care or other humanitarian purposes. AFC is able to provide these services at no cost to the passenger through the help and generosity of our volunteer pilots. A passenger's use of these services is at the sole and exclusive discretion of AFC. AFC reserves the right to deny any passenger’s request for assistance.

Top 10 Criteria

  1. Demonstrate financial need for assistance.

  2. Be able to fly in a non-pressurized small aircraft.

  3. Be ambulatory.

  4. Be responsible for their own medications.

  5. Not have a communicable disease.

  6. Provide Department of Transportation (DOT) approved supplemental oxygen and medical assistance (if required).

  7. Provide your own transportation to and from airport and treatment facility.

  8. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

  9. Allow up to 7-10 working days for AFC to coordinate all aspects of the flight.

  10. Luggage is limited to a total of 50 pounds.
