We Can Help.
Angel Flight Central arranges free flights for people traveling to medical care and other humanitarian needs. Since 1995, our volunteer pilots have donated their time, aircraft, and fuel to fly passengers who can't afford or safely make long drives to treatment. We serve patients across Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, North Dakota, and South Dakota. There is no cost to the passenger.
