Top 10 Things You Need to Know to Qualify for an Angel Flight Central Flight
  1. Have financial need for assistance
  2. Be able to fly in a non-pressurized small aircraft
  3. Be ambulatory
  4. Be responsible for their own medications
  5. Not have a communicable disease
  6. Provide Department of Transportation (DOT) approved supplemental oxygen and medical assistance (if required)
  7. Provide own transportation to and from airport if ground transportation (Earth Angels) are un available
  8. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
  9. Ideally five working days are needed to coordinate a flight
  10. Luggage is limited to a total of 50 pounds
